MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & DUES SCHEDULE

2026 MRMCA MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND DUES SCHEDULE

Dues are based on Membership categories as indicated below and are payable during the month of January each year. Members with businesses in multiple categories will be invoiced at the highest level of Membership with the option to pay dues and be listed as Members in multiple categories. In addition, MRMCA offers "Added Value Membership Features" to reach more of your customers through our website (see below for more information).

READY MIX PRODUCER: Assessment of 3.5 cents per cubic yard is based on total yards sold in Maryland in the prior year. Reporting yardage and invoicing is all confidential. Contact Mindy Green at Membership@MarylandConcrete.com  for more information on Ready Mix Producer Member Dues.

CEMENT: Dues for New Cement Producers only in 2026: $3000.00
Note: Dues for 2027 will be based on cents per ton from a 3-year rolling average of cement sales in the Maryland market. Reporting 2026 tonnage and invoicing will be confidential through a private accounting firm.

PRODUCTS | MATERIALS | MANUFACTURERS: $1500.00 (Admixtures / Aggregates / Fibers / Slag / (Coal) Fly Ash / ICF / Pumping / Precast / Trucks / Tires / Fuel)

CONTRACTOR & PROFESSIONAL: $750.00 (General, Residential, and Concrete Contractors / Architects / Engineers / Professional Associations / Other)

Note: Dues for 2027 will be based on cents per ton from a 3-year rolling average of cement sales in the Maryland market. Reporting 2026 tonnage and invoicing will be confidential through a private accounting firm.

The MRMCA Ready Mix Producer Membership is assessed at 3.5 cents per cubic yard based on total yards sold in Maryland during the prior year. Reporting yardage and invoicing is all confidential. This Membership includes Mobile Mixers.

The CONTRACTOR / PROFESSIONAL Membership level includes Concrete, General, or Residential Contractors / Architects / Engineers / Professional Associations / Other. If you need assistance determining your level of Membership, please reach out to us at the MRMCA office.

The PRODUCTS / MATERIALS / MANUFACTURERS Membership includes Admixtures / Aggregates / Fibers / (Coal) Fly Ash / Slag / Other SCM / ICF / Pumping / Precast / Trucks / Tires / Fuel. If you need assistance determining your level of Membership, please reach out to us at the MRMCA office.

This Membership level is for NEW Cement Producers in 2026 only.
