Concrete General, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Carl Miller. They are a family-owned and operated business headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD. Still a family-owned business, they are now managed by 3rd generation family members and currently employ over 300 skilled and experienced personnel on projects across Maryland. Concrete General is a leader in delivering highway, road and bridge projects utilizing design-bid-build, design-bid, progressive design-build and CMAR procurements for MDOT and other clients.
